Example of an agenda:

 

Day 1

12:00pm – Intro, theory, and philosophy.

12:30pm – Numbering system and blocking rules.

1:30am – Diagram and key coaching points of Base Offense.

4:00pm – Break

5:00pm – Film of Base Offense.

6:00pm – Blocking Technique from A-Z (Need two O-Linemen and a shield to demonstrate). 

7:00pm –. Coaching points and drills to have the best O-Line in your area (Need two Linemen and a   

                    shield to demonstrate).     

8:00pm – Coaching points and drills essential to have great running backs.

9:00pm – End Day 1

 

Day 2

12:00pm – Review Day 1, answer questions.

12:30pm - Advanced double wing plays and plays out of various formations.

2:30pm - Explain play-calling philosophy and set up/explain how Day 2 is going to work.

3:00pm – Break

4:00pm – Install Base Plays - Offensive Line (need 1 group full group of

                  O-Linemen LTE through RTE and 11 scouts with shields).

5:00pm – Install Base Plays - Offensive Backfield (need LW, RW, FB and QB with 7 scouts with shields)

6:00pm – Install Base Plays - Team (need 1 full offensive team and 11 scouts with shields).

7:00pm – Install advanced double wing plays – Team (need 1 full offensive team and 11 scouts with

                   shields).

8:00pm – Finish up with coaches only – Review, practice plan, how we watch film, answer questions, etc.

9:00pm – End Day 2
