Other notables:


Number 1 rushing team in the Nation, 7,055 yards and Number 1 in high school history for large schools (Clayton Valley 2014).


Averaged just under 50 points a game since at Clayton Valley (2012-2016). This with

41 Running Clocks in those 5 years.


All 3 programs coached had losing records upon arrival (2-8, 1-9 and 4-7).


Turned all 3 into multiple League and CIF Champions.


At all 3 schools it was 1st CIF Championship in school history (2 open since the 1960’s)


All schools have finished State Ranked and 2 have finished Nationally Ranked.


Only school in CA history to be ranked top 25 in the Nation in 2nd year of full Varsity existence.


Coached the winningest new school in California history in its 1st five seasons of existence (Clovis East 2002-2006).


Only California Varsity team to make it to the CIF Championship game without seniors

(Clovis East 2001).


Near tripled roster of all 3 programs. Most recently Clayton Valley, 32 upon arrival and now 80 plus over last 2 seasons.


-In the past 10 years Tim Murphy is second only to De La Salles’s Bob Ladoucuer for the most wins/championships at the large school level in the state of California.
